Limited Lifetime Transferable Guarantee:
According to the limitations and exclusions on reverse side Customsunroom (”Company”) guarantees to the original client/property owner (”Owner”) and, if any, Owner’s immediate transferee, excluding all other subsequent transferees, that any basic window, door or other installation set by the Company is containing no defects in material and workmanship providing that the Owner or Owner’s
immediate transferee having his residence in the home where the windows are installed.
Vinyl Parts Guarantee:
If the usage of the vinyl components of the window is correct the will not blister, peel, rot or corrode.
Mechanical Parts Guarantee:
All mechanicall parts (locks, vent locks, balances) are guaranteed not to contain any manufactured material and workmanship defects. Replacement parts will be supplied free of charge.
Insulated Glass Guarantee:
The sealed insulated glass unit is guaranteed against defects as a result of material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead zone of the sealed unit for the window life. If the glass unit fails, the Company will replace the insulated glass unit without any payment.
Glass Breakage Guarantee:
The Company will replace insulated glass unit in case if the glass accidentally break, with the purchase of Solarzone™ Glass Package. Exclusions mentioned below apply.
Labor Guarantee:
During a five years period after installation, Customsunroom will provide costs of labor at service time. Two-year labor warranty on all vinyl window series which cost less than 3000. Five-year labor warranty on all vinyl window series which cost more than 3000. Five-year labor guarantee on all vinyl
sliding patio doors. Non Transferable.
Transferable Guarantee:
This guarantee may be transferred to the Owner’s immediate transferee on condition that the transferee informs the Company, having written at the address below, within 30 days of the property’s transfer date. The letter must include a transfer fee of $50, the original Owner’s name and address and transferee’s name and address.
GENERAL LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, flood, etc.), war, fire, stress resulting from localized heat, modifications, and vandalism are not included in this guarantee.
Color differences may occur between replacement parts and original material influenced by weather.
Labor guarantee does not transfer to Owner’s immediate transferee.
This guarantee relates exclusively for windows, doors and other materials set by the Company. Any additional products, such as doors, set by the Company, combined with the window contract will have the guarantee that the manufacturer provides.
This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you many also have other rights which vary depending of your state.
